Caribbean islands.  Our food is well known for being flavourful, and very attractive

in its preparation because of the amazing BBQ smell of our Jerk Chicken and other dishes. Our food has been influenced by many  different cultures, the West African’s who brought their way of cooking, the Indians for the spices and the british amongst others.
